Privacy policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Casino Video Contributors is operated by House of Holder, LLC ("we", "us"), 30 E Broadway, Suite 203 #1053, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site to submit footage, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address (verified with a one-time code), the display name you choose, and your contact preference.
- Contract and payment details, only when needed: your legal name when you sign a license, your Venmo username (or other payout details you choose), and the transaction reference for the payment we send you. We never ask for bank logins or card numbers.
- Your footage and session details: the video file, a thumbnail generated from it, and what you tell us about the session (date, casino, city/state, machine, starting/ending amounts, notes).
- Records of what you agreed to: each attestation and license you accept, with the document version, time, and — for signatures — your IP address and device type.
- Messages between you and our team, and basic logs of emails we send you.
How we use it
- To review your footage, contact you about it, make offers, collect license signatures, and pay you.
- To keep records that show we have the rights to footage we publish, and to handle disputes and takedown requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service secure.
- If you opt in, to occasionally invite you to submit other footage you already have. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your footage to train AI models. We do not send your footage to analytics or AI services.
What gets published
If we license and publish your footage, we show only the video (which we may edit, crop or blur) and the credit you chose — anonymous, first name, handle, or none until you approve. We never publish your legal name, email, or payment details.
Where it's stored
Videos are stored in a private storage bucket that is never publicly accessible; our reviewers view them through links that expire after a few minutes. Account and submission records are stored with our database provider. Email is sent through a transactional email provider. Payments are sent through Venmo, which handles them under its own privacy policy. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by these providers.
How long we keep it
If we don't license your footage, we delete the video within 180 days of our decision or your withdrawal, unless you ask us to keep it for reconsideration. For licensed footage, we keep the original, the signed license and payment records for as long as the license lasts and as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes.
Your choices
- Update your details and email preferences from your account page.
- Withdraw a submission any time before you accept an offer.
- Ask us to delete your data from your account page or by emailing hello@casinovideocontributors.com. We'll delete what we can; we must keep signed licenses and payment records for footage we've licensed.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Contact us to use them.
Age
This service is only for adults who were of legal gambling age where their footage was recorded. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
