Contributor terms

These terms apply when you create an account or submit footage to Casino Video Contributors, operated by House of Holder, LLC. By submitting, you agree to them.

1. Who can submit

You must be at least 18, and you must have been at least the legal gambling age where your footage was recorded. You must have recorded the footage yourself or own all rights to it.

2. We never ask you to gamble

We only license footage you already have. We will not ask you to gamble, keep playing, raise wagers, or chase losses, and nothing we pay is tied to winning, losing, bet size, or time played. Please don't make new wagers for us.

3. Review permission only

When you upload, you give us a limited, revocable permission to store and privately review your footage so we can decide whether to make an offer. Uploading is not an acceptance, a purchase, or permission to publish. We don't publish anything without a separate signed license.

4. Offers and the footage license

If we'd like to use your footage, we'll offer a fixed fee. You can accept or decline. If you accept, you'll sign a separate Footage License Agreement that sets out exactly what rights you grant (by default, non-exclusive), the fee, attribution, and other terms. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. Licensing doesn't guarantee we'll publish your footage.

5. Your promises

You confirm that recording was permitted by the venue's rules and the law where you filmed; that you have any releases needed from people who appear; that the footage doesn't show minors, sensitive personal information, or third-party content you can't license; and that the footage and session details you give us are accurate and not misleadingly edited.

6. Withdrawing

You can withdraw a submission any time before you accept an offer. After you sign a license, withdrawal is governed by that license — contact us.

7. Payment

We pay the agreed fee only after approval, acceptance and signature, by Venmo to the username you give us (or another method we agree in writing). Check your username carefully — we aren't responsible for a payment sent to the username you provided. You're responsible for any taxes on what you receive; we may ask for tax information if the law requires it.

8. Our decisions

We may decline any submission for any lawful reason, and we may place footage on hold while we look into a rights, privacy or authenticity question.

9. Not affiliated

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any casino or game manufacturer.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. We may update them; the version in effect when you submit applies to that submission. See also our Privacy policy.
